All appartments are furnished and equipped and the Agency will deliver the lodging in clean and perfect conditions.
The indicated prices include the use of water, electricity and gas. The bed-linen and weekly change are also included.

Heaters charges are applicable from October to March, it's not optional. During the summer it is optional to use heating.
The apartments may be occupied after 17:00 on the day of arrival and must be left before 10:00 of the day of departure.

Bookings
In order to confirm your booking, 40% of the total rental fee will be charged to the credit card of the client in respect of deposit or part payment. All reservations will be considered provisional until the relevant deposit is settled.
The remaining balance must be paid on arrival, when the keys to the property in question are collected. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.
Damage deposit
Once you arrive to the hotel there is a damage deposit fee and it is payable on arrival in respect of damage deposit, refundable at the end of your stay once the property has been checked by the agency staff.
Torrent Api will not reserve the property for more than 48 hours after the expected day of arrival, unless the delay has been expressly notified beforehand, with the understanding that this will not produce any reduction on the stipulated rental fee.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
